I enjoyed the hotel's location very close to Al Masjid an Nabawi (a two-minute walk to Gate 305). The hotel was close to various shops and food places. This added to the convenience. The rooms were quite clean and well-equipped with necessary amenities. Staff members were helpful and ensured a comfortable stay (especially Abdullah at the reception).

The lifts was old and somewhat worn, impacting the overall impression of the hotel.

The room provided effective climate control and adequate soundproofing from external noise. The beds featured crisp linen and firm mattresses (I slept great!). The bathroom included a rainfall shower head and a selection of complimentary toiletries.

The location was perfect. It was a very short walk to Al Masjid an Nabawi. The staff were helpful. They worked hard to ensure my stay was comfortable. Housekeeping provided all services promptly!

ideal location wet floor

My room was very close to the mosque. The Al Haram Museum was just opposite. It was very convenient (i really liked that).

The bathroom floor was always wet. It was a little slippery.
